Is your venue open for visitors during Unlock 1.0? If yes, since when have you been open?
After lockdown, we have been open since May 23rd. We are open for sports activities only, viz-a-viz, badminton, football etc. However, the swimming pool and gym are closed until further notice. Other entertainment & recreation facilities like bowling, laser tag, will also open only after the government permits.
What are some of the CoViD-19 Safety and Social distancing measures that you have implemented or planning to implement?
All customers need to wear masks.
Temperature screening is done at entry.
Mandatory use of hand sanitizers at entry.
Social distancing norms to be followed, as per marking signs at the premises.
All equipment is sanitized before use.
The entire facility is cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis, sometimes up to 3 times a day.
What are some of the new product/service offerings or offers that you have planned for your customers post CoViD-19?
We will implement offers from time to time, like double cash back and buy 1 get 1 free. Keep checking our social media pages for updates.
In your opinion, what will customers be the most worried about regarding your venue? What specific steps are you planning to implement to rebuild trust among your customers?
Social distancing and sanitation will be the prime concerns, which have been addressed by us, as mentioned previously.
As you prepared for opening up and during the lockdown, what support groups and government organizations did you depend on for accurate information regarding the pandemic, and in adhering to CoViD-19 guidelines?
The only dependable information is from the government via their circulars. We also referred to WHO’s guidelines before we decided to open our venue. (Link)
